What is the Fractional Rights Program?

The Fractional Rights Program under the Villas at Caza Del Mar and Kasitas de Caza Del Mar is the opportunity to participate on dividends up to 80% of the net income from hotel operations for the first 4 years, and 20% of the net income thereafter until Year 2039.

*  12 Nights Benefit Accommodation per Year until Year 2039 in the Luxury Villa. Limited number of Fractional Rights per Luxury Villa to project immediate dividend roll out and payback within the first 4 years

*  Income Share from the Hotel Operations

Will there be monthly dues and maintenance fees?

No Monthly Dues. 
No Maintenance fees.
However, a housekeeping fee will be charge per night:

What happened to unused Benefit Accommodation Nights?

Unused Benefit Accommodation Nights will be forfeited at the end of each year and will not carry over

Who is the Hotel Operator for Villas and Kasitas?

Operation and management of the Villas, and eventually, the Kasitas, is being handled by Approche Hospitality Management Inc. They are currently handling the operation and management of 18 Villas (El Nido, Palawan), Lexias Hostel and Workspace (El Nido, Palawan), Horizon Hotel (Romblon), Araya Residences (Batangas), Tana Beach Villas (Lian Batangas), Kaia Isabel (Puerto Princesa, Palawan) and Monaco Hotel (Taytay, Rizal).
